A mobile web “spirit box style” tool with a sweep layer, a constant white-noise bed, and an optional wordboard. This site does not scan real AM/FM radio hardware (browsers can’t access tuners). Use for creative/field workflow, not as an instrument.

Tap letters to build a word. Tap SAY to speak. BACK deletes. SPACE adds a space. CLEAR wipes. To prevent accidental inputs, Wordboard only works when Power is ON.

Higher = faster “station hopping.”

Band Width (Q) 8

Higher Q = narrower “tuned” feel.

Frequency Range 300–3400 Hz

Shifts the sweep window low/high.

Reverb 10%

Adds space. Keep modest for clarity.

Fragment Mode off Inject tiny synthetic “blips”

Synthetic artifacts only (no claims of messages).

Fragment Density 12%

How often blips appear.

Important: This is not a certified instrument. It generates audio artifacts that can sound like speech. Humans naturally hear patterns in noise (pareidolia). Use responsibly and take breaks if it becomes stressful.

Privacy: this site stores nothing and does not record audio by default. Everything runs on your device.

Field workflow suggestion (optional):
1) Set Master Volume low, Bed around 10–25%.
2) Set Sweep Rate 6–12/s and Q 6–12.
3) Ask a short question; listen 10–20 seconds; log your notes/time.
4) If using Wordboard, ask for a single word answer; see if any consistent pattern emerges across sessions.
